TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
STUDIO ENDO warrants to the original purchaser that products are free of defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty applies until 24 months from the delivery date, for residential use only, within the United States of America. With the exceptions and on the conditions stated below, should any fixture fail, STUDIO ENDO will repair or replace it with the same or a similar product, at STUDIO ENDO’s sole discretion, free of charge. This warranty does not apply to regular wear and tear or natural weathering of finishes or other cosmetic changes, nor to damage caused by accident, improper care or misuse, natural disasters or other natural weather occurrences, improper installation, alteration, or abuse. This warranty excludes parts not manufactured by STUDIO ENDO, which are covered by their manufacturers’ own warranties. These parts may include drivers or other components.
If the purchaser discovers within this warranty period a failure of the product or a defect in material or workmanship, the purchaser must promptly notify STUDIO ENDO in writing via email. Within a reasonable period of time after notification, STUDIO ENDO will correct any failure of the product to conform to specifications or any defect in material or workmanship, with either new or used replacement parts. Repair, including parts and labor, will be performed at STUDIO ENDO’s expense. STUDIO ENDO reserves the right to determine the most appropriate manner to fulfill this warranty, in its sole discretion. If, once STUDIO ENDO has received the returned product, the product is deemed by STUDIO ENDO to fall under warranty, all shipping, handling, and insurance costs accrued during the warranty claim process will be refunded to the purchaser.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the warranty information stated here may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
If the purchaser wishes to return a product, they must notify STUDIO ENDO within 14 calendar days of receiving the item. STUDIO ENDO will then provide return authorization and an RGA number, along with a shipping label, within a reasonable period of time. The purchaser must return the product to STUDIO ENDO, in the original packaging, so as to be received within 14 calendar days of receiving the RGA number.
The purchaser is liable for any damaged or lost products incurred through return shipment until the product is accepted back to STUDIO ENDO. If STUDIO ENDO accepts a return, the purchaser will receive a credit in the amount paid for the product, not including delivery fees, less a 25% restocking fee.
Returns are not accepted for custom finishes or one-of-a-kind designs.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of confirmation of order. No cancellations will be accepted on rush orders. Once we have begun production on an order, cancellation is not possible.
Cancellations are not accepted for custom orders.
REPLACEMENT PARTS
In the event that a product needs replacement parts, either LED or otherwise, after the warranty expiration date has passed, parts can be purchased from STUDIO ENDO.
Please be advised that a lead time applies when ordering replacement parts. Lead time will be communicated to the purchaser upon order placement.
DAMAGES
Damage claims must be made in writing within 7 days of the date a shipment is received. If visible damage to the package has occurred during shipment, all packaging must be retained. Photograph each side of the shipping box, including the shipping label, in order to process a claim with the shipping carrier. Damaged products must be returned within 7 days of notifying STUDIO ENDO.
STUDIO ENDO offers various options in the event of products damaged during shipment, including refunds and reshipment. STUDIO ENDO will work with the purchaser to determine the best course of action. Be advised that lead times apply to reshipment.
Any damaged products that are returned to STUDIO ENDO without initially sending a written request and photographic proof will not be authorized and will not be issued a refund.
If damage is clear before opening the shipment, that is considered apparent damage. Always be sure to examine exterior conditions of shipping cartons before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is apparent, note it on the delivery receipt in order for the shipping carrier to honor a claim. Keep all the packaging material and notify the carrier in order to file a claim.
If damage cannot be seen before unpacking the product, that is considered concealed damage. This follows the same process as above - keep all packaging materials and contact the shipping carrier immediately.
PRODUCT FINISHES / COLORS
STUDIO ENDO’s website aims to display products as accurately as possible. However, STUDIO ENDO cannot guarantee that the finish and color you see matches the product finish and color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the computer screen and color settings you are using.
